  • Meet with a tour guide at Incheon International Airport upon arrival and transfer to Seoul
  • Gwanghwamun Square: The main street is home to the statues of 2 of Korea’s most praised heroes, Kong Sejong the Great and Admiral Yi Sun-sin. To the Korean people, especially citizens of Seoul, Gwanghwamun Square serves as a communication platform where various events and programs are held. This is also a great photo spot for tourists from all over the world.
  • Cheonggyecheon Stream: This artificial stream stretches from Gwanghwamun in the city center to Dongdaemun. It provides locals a pleasant place to rest, walk and enjoy the air. You can see a lot of Korean people here because amazing street performances and events are held along the stream.
  • Insadong Antique Street: This was where antiques and artworks were traded during the olden days of Korea. Today, it is a must-visit area among tourists for its wide range of traditional souvenirs and Korean antiques. The small and cozy alleyways are lined with are galleries as well as traditional tea houses and restaurants.  
  • Myeongdong Cathedral: The beautiful cathedral built in 1898 is the birthplace of the Korean Catholic community. It is the first Gothic style Catholic church in Korea, and also the historic epicenter of the Korean democratization movement that started in the 1960s.
  • Seoul Pilgrimage Route with commentary: The Vatican has recognized three historic Catholic places in Seoul as international pilgrimage destinations. This is the first Catholic pilgrimage route in Asia! It will become landmarks like the Canimo de Santiago in Spain, one of the world’s most famous pilgrimage paths. You can feel the fullness of holy spirit in Seoul which is near Philippines. We will book a walking tour program with commentary for you. **We inform this program is operated by Seoul government for free**
  • Namdaemun Market: Located near Namdaemun Gate, Namdaemun market is one of the largest and oldest markets in Korea. You can buy a variety of goods such as clothes, glasses, kitchenware, toys, fishing equipment, carpets, ginseng, flowers, and imported goods.
  • Myeongdong Street: This is one of Seoul’s popular shopping and tourism districts among young people. Floating populations are estimated to be 2 million per day and it is one of the most expensive shopping districts in the world. You can find mid to high priced brands including Korean cosmetics and enjoy trendy food streets here.

Chungcheong

Tour Hours   09:00 – 18:00

  • After breakfast, meet with a tour guide at hotel lobby and start the tour.
  • Haemi Martyrdom Holy Ground: This is the site where nearly 1,000 Catholics in Chungcheongnam-do were buried alive during the time between the Byeongin Persecution. The 16-meter-high memorial tower was set set up near Haemicheon Stream to pay tribute to the nameless martyrs who were buried alive. Many Catholics visit this location every year to remember and honor the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for their belief.
  • Heamieupseong Fortress: It is a representative fortress from the Joseon period.  Its circumference is approximately 1.9km, the height is 5m, and the total area is 196,381m², making it a huge fortress. The plaza inside of the fortress has a prison site where Catholics were chained up under the Daewongun government, and a gigantic old tree which was the tree used for torturing. The stones which were used for thrashing are located outside of a fortress gate and have become a holy place.
  • Solmoe Holy Ground: ‘Solmoe,’ which means a ‘mountain with a dense pine forest,’ is a small village in Chungcheong-do in Korea. As the birthplace of the first Korean-born Catholic priest, Andrew Kim Teagon, it welcomes countless Catholic pilgrims who come here to visit his former home and memorial hall. Also, this is famous for the place where Pope Francis visited in 2014. 
  • N Seoul Tower (observatory) by cable car: The first tower-type tourism spot in Korea, but also a land mark of Seoul. It is the best place to see a bird’s eyes view of Seoul from the top of the tower. It is also famous for the K-Drama ‘Love from the Star’ shooting place.

  • Gyeongbokgung Palace: It is the largest palace among the Five Grand Palaces built in Joseon Dynasty. This is the reason you should visit this grandest palace. While walking around the various edifices of the palace, you will feel like you’re stepping back in time.
  • Presidential Blue House (pass by): Cheong Wa Dae is the official residence of the President of Korea. It has blue tiles as the signature markings. These tiles were baked individually so that it can withstand for hundreds of years. The Blue House is actually a complex of buildings and each are uniquely designed, mainly in Korean architectural style with some elements of modern elements.
  • Royal Guard Changing Ceremony: The royal guards guarded the Gwanghwamun Gate, which is the entrance of Gyeongbokgung Palace. The guards traditional costumes and strict ceremonial procedures let you see the glimpse of Joseon Dynasty.
  • Shopping Tour: Ginseng Museum, Cosmetic Store, Pine Tree Center, Amethyst Factory, Shinsegae Duty Free Store.

  • After breakfast, you will meet with a DRIVER ONLY at hotel lobby and transfer to ICN Airport for departure.
Remarks
    1. Guide and vehicle is based on 9 hours per day.
    2. We always arrange convenient and safe vehicles with experienced and courteous drivers, equipped with air conditioner and heater.
    3. Gyeongbokgung Palace will be replaced by Changdeokgung Palace when it is closed on Tuesday.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation policy for one day tour will be automatically applied as below:
    • 100% Refund 15 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM)
    • 70% Refund 14 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM)
    • 50% Refund 7 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM)
    • 0% Refund 2 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM)
    • Please note that we are not responsible for 5% paypal commission fee.
      Even for 100% refund, you will not be able to get refund for the 5% paypal commission fee.
  2. If you need to change the date, please cancel and make a new booking. Regular cancellation policy will be applied.
  3. Personal/ Medical/ Bad weather/ Flight cancellation/ Natural disaster/ or any other reasons that we cannot control are NO EXCEPTIONS to the cancellation policy and NO REFUND will be done by the company according to our Cancellation policy.
  4. Written notice of cancellation must be received by Etourism Co. Ltd. either by email or via our website. Oral cancellation will not be accepted.
  5. If for some personal reasons the client wants to cancel the tour once it already started, NO REFUND will be done by the company.

Accommodation Policy

  1. Customer will be charged for changing hotel or room once upon arrival.
  2. Triple bed will be 1double + 1single bed or Roll away bed or 1 double bed + 1set ondol bed(Tatami style)

Adjustment Policy

  1. We reserve the right to change the tour prices with or without notice due to exchange rate fluctuation.
  2. As a result of various operational factors, usually flight delays and schedule changes, there may be a slight change to the arrangements.
  3. All museums are not offered on Mondays. Another attraction will be a substitute.
  4. We reserve the right to adjust/change our Terms & Conditions without prior notice

  1. We have NO RESPONSIBILITY for any Damage/Accident/Death/Loss/Sickness/Injury/Natural disaster/Political or Personal reasons arising from activities during the trip.
  2. You are responsible for respecting the authority and following the directions of the tour guide and Korean laws during a tour.

  2. It is your responsibility to consult with your physician regarding your health condition and ability to travel long distances. Please let us know your needs when booking.
