Tickets:

• If your stay in the park exceeds 3 hours, you will be charged 1,000 won per 10 minutes.
  Also, you will not be allowed to re-enter the park after you leave.
• Please inquire at the on-site ticket office to purchase a discount ticketif you are a returning visitor.
• All discounts and event benefits cannot be combined.
• Weekends/holidays are based on legal weekends/holidays in Korea.

Purchase Notice: 

• Children below 18 months old can enter for free. Please present their passport on-site.
• Children between 18 and 36 months old are required to purchase child tickets on-site. Please present their passports on-site.
• Event times may be subject to change based on animal health conditions, please check the special event schedule on-site.
• If you want to experience special events, please apply on-site.
• Due to security reasons, you may need to wait in line for about 15–30 minutes to enter the venue. Refunds requested due to queue times will not be accepted.
