Songnisan National Park is comprised of Songnisan Mountain (alt. 1,057 m) and the valleys of Hwayang, Seonyu, and Ssanggok.
Situated in the middle of the Sobaek Mountain Range, the southwest branch of the Taebaek Mountain Range, Songnisan Mountain is one of Korea’s most beautiful sites, featuring outstanding scenery and fantastic rock formations.
It is also home to one of Korea’s largest temples, Beopjusa Temple.
Songnisan Mountain’s deep valleys and many natural monuments attract countless mountaineers and tourists.
The lovely autumn leaves in the fall make this place beautiful all the year round.

Start hiking from Beopjusa Temple
Beopjusa Temple: Built in 553 during the 14th year of Silla King Jin-Heung’s reign, Beopjusa Temple is located on Songnisan Mountain. However, many of the original buildings were destroyed during the Imjin War (1592-1598), with the current structures having been rebuilt in 1624. The temple features many beautiful and important Buddhist relics and artworks, centered around the main hall, Daeungbojeon Hall.

Sejogil: The Sejo-gil is a total 3.2km walk that start from Beopjusa Temple to Bokcheonam in Mt. Songni, and consists of pine forests. It was named Sejo-gil because it was the road that King Sejo walked to take care of his body for health.

Sesimjeong

Munjangdae:Originally, Munjangdae was called Unjangdae because of a big peak rises high into sky and is hidden in the cloud. One day, while King Sejo of Joseon took a rest and recuperation in Songnisan, a young nobleman appeared in his dream and said “If you climb into the sacred peak and pray there, your body will be improved.” According to his words, King Sejo visited the peak and found the book describing the three moral rules to practice five human relations on the top. He read the book all day long on the spot. It was called Munjangdae after that.

Cancellation policy for one day tour will be automatically applied as below:
- 100% Refund 7 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM)
- 50% Refund 5 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM)
- 0% Refund 2 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM)
If you need to change the date, please cancel and make a new booking. Regular cancellation policy will be applied.
Personal/ Medical/ Bad weather/ Flight cancellation/ Natural disaster/ or any other reasons that we cannot control are NO EXCEPTIONS to the cancellation policy and NO REFUND will be done by the company according to our Cancellation policy.
Written notice of cancellation must be received by Etourism Co. Ltd. either by email or via our website. Oral cancellation will not be accepted.
If for some personal reasons the client wants to cancel the tour once it already started, NO REFUND will be done by the company.

Adjustment Policy

We reserve the right to change the tour prices with or without notice due to exchange rate fluctuation.
As a result of various operational factors, usually flight delays and schedule changes, there may be a slight change to the arrangements.
All museums are not offered on Mondays. Another attraction will be a substitute.
We reserve the right to adjust/change our Terms & Conditions without prior notice
