In the 1980s, many theater groups started moving to Daehangno, and it soon developed into a cultural center. • Yongma Land: It is a small abandoned amusement park in Yongmasan. Though it is no longer operating as an amusement park, the old-school and unique dilapidated atmosphere continue to attract visitors from niche markets such as photographers, as well as professionals in the video production industries.
• Olympic Park: The park was originally built for the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games and nowadays offers Seoulites a wide range of cultural, sporting and leisure opportunities. The walking trails of Olympic Park offer up some wonderful scenery. For example, the famous “Lonely Tree”, a very popular photo spot, can be found nearby.

• Lotte Tower(Tower Observatory): It was designed with a conceptual design drawing inspiration from Korean ceramics and Korean writing brushes.
