          This past May, we celebrated a massive milestone at Etourism. We officially launched our in-house developed, AI-powered automation system: ETAS (Etourism AI Automation System).

           This launch wasn’t just another internal event; It marked the beginning of Etourism’s transformation into a Travel tech company.ETAS 1

      💡 What is ETAS?

     ETAS stands for Etourism AI Automation System.
It was developed to automate and optimize various inbound travel operations.

    In traditional travel operations, many tasks are repetitive and time-consuming, including:

  • Itinerary creation
  • Quotation preparation
  • Reservation processing
  • Sending guide requests and confirmation documents
  • Managing operational documents

    ETAS was designed to automate these processes, improving both efficiency and accuracy.

    One of its biggest advantages is reducing the workload caused by time differences with overseas partners, especially during   nights, weekends, and holidays, while also minimizing human error

 

     📅 2026: The Year of Travel Tech Transformation:

    The introduction of ETAS is just the tip of the iceberg. Etourism has officially declared 2026 as the inaugural year of our transition into a Travel Tech enterprise.

    Moving forward, we are pushing boundaries with several digital transformation projects:

  • Advanced operational automation ⚙️

  • AI-driven management systems 🤖

  • Real-time B2B hotel booking systems 🏨

  • 24/7 AI chatbot customer support 💬

    By automating the mundane, our team can now step away from repetitive paperwork and focus on what truly matters: high-value strategy, creative planning, and meaningful customer

       ETAS Launch Celebration 🎉

        This launch celebration was not only held to celebrate the official start of ETAS, but also to recognize the hard work and achievements of the employees involved in the system’s development and testing process.

        During the presentation and introduction session, the main features of ETAS and its future development direction were introduced, along with demonstrations of the automation processes already being applied in real operations.

        In particular, it was a meaningful moment where everyone could agree that AI and automation technologies are becoming essential competitive advantages in the travel industry.

      And of Course… Chimaek Party 🍗🍺

     After the official event, all employees gathered together for a chimaek party with chicken and beer, a classic Korean corporate tradition.

     It was a relaxing and enjoyable time where team members shared stories from the project, encouraged each other, and celebrated the hard work behind the system’s development.

    Rather than a formal corporate atmosphere, the gathering allowed everyone to communicate freely and strengthen teamwork.

   Technology is built by code, but success is driven by people, and this event once again reminded us of the importance of collaboration and teamwork.

        Looking Ahead 🌏🚀

           Etourism will continue to actively utilize AI and automation technologies to provide faster and more accurate travel services.

          Beyond being simply a travel agency, Etourism aims to build a smart technology-based travel operation system and strengthen its competitiveness in the global inbound travel market.

         The launch of ETAS is not the end — it is only the beginning.
