Remarks

Airport transportation

  1. There is an additional charge of USD 10 in case you apply between 10:00 pm ~ 05:00 am. (flight arrival time)
    If you apply between 10:00 pm ~ 05:00 am(flight arrival time), There is an additional charge of USD 10. So please contact us.
  2. If you do not come out to the meeting location (your exit gate) for over 1.5 hours from the meeting time without prior notice, it will be regarded as a NO-SHOW. In this case, no refund/no change can be made and making a full payment is needed to arrange another driver.
  3. If the luggage that has not been informed in advance do not fit in the van for any reason(excess number/size of bags), it is your responsibility to hire another van and pay the full charge on the day.
  4. You must inform us of your flight information when booking.

Hotel Accommodation

  1. Room type based on Standard Twin and Standard Double.
  2. If Friday or Saturday is included, Weekend Charge should be included per night/ per room.
  3. When booking, you need to inform us the room type on Order Notes.
  4. Connecting rooms are only available for two-twin bed rooms; advanced request is required. Rooms may not be available depending on the reservation status.
  5. Queries for additional nights or other room types, please contact us.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  1. Cancellation policy for one day tour will be automatically applied as below:
    • 100% Refund 15 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM)
    • 50% Refund 8 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM))
    • 0% Refund less than 8 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM)
    • Please note that we are not responsible for 4% paypal commission fee. Even for 100% refund, you will not be able to get refund for the 4% paypal commission fee.
  2. Personal/ Medical/ Bad weather/ Flight cancellation/ Natural disaster/ or any other reasons that we cannot control are NO EXCEPTIONS to the cancellation policy and NO REFUND will be done by the company according to our Cancellation policy.
  3. If you need to change the date, please cancel and make a new booking. Regular cancellation policy will be applied.
  4. Written notice of cancellation must be received by Etourism Co. Ltd. either by email or via our website. Oral cancellation will not be accepted.
  5. If for some personal reasons the client wants to cancel the tour once it already started, NO REFUND will be done by the company.
